I have learned this business from the ground up with over 25 years of working in the mortgage business. I first got my start in 1986 as a Loan Officer with Waterfield Mortgage Corporation after working as a real estate broker for seven years. In my first year I closed 12 million dollars in loans which was not an easy task considering the average loan amount was $40,000. Through many different bank mergers I was able to maintain my status of #1 Loan Officer for 12 consecutive years.
In 1999 I was hired as Division Vice President with CTX Mortgage in Indiana. The Division I oversaw played a critical part for CTX in that we were able to produce over a billion dollars a year in loan production. I was able to take a troubled branch operation in Indiana when I was hired and eventually grew that branch into a successful network. After working with CTX Mortgage, I joined with Flagstar Bank. While with Flagstar I became the Regional Vice President and State District Manger for the State of Indiana. In 2009 I assisted in the development of Diamond Residential Mortgage Corporation. Currently I am serving as Executive Vice President and oversee all Indiana divisions of DRMC.
I have a strong knowledge and work ethic of the mortgage industry. In Indiana our divisions have a very loyal and hard working staff that has been together for a long time even through various mergers and company changes that have happened in the mortgage business. We look forward to assisting our customers with there mortgage needs.
