Ryan Eberhardt, “Mr Eberhardt” as an investor and a director in Diamond Residential Mortgage Corporation “DRMC”, has established himself as one of the top originators nationwide.
Since completing his bachelor’s degree at Valparaiso University in 2003 and his mortgage education and training from Xinnix “The Mortgage Academy of Excellence,” in Atlanta, Ryan has implemented many plans and strategic options which helped thousands of people achieve their goals of homeownership. Xinnix training represents one of the toughest mortgage training programs in the industry, with some of the highest standards.
Since his entry into the mortgage business, Ryan has been nationally recognized as one of the top producing loan officers throughout the country year after year. He was ranked as one of the top Rookie Originators in 2004, as reported in Mortgage Originator Magazine “MOM”, ranked as one of the top FHA/VA Originators in the nation in 2005 by MOM Magazine, and as one of the top production originators at every company of which he has worked by averaging $40 million dollars in volume a year during his originating career (some years higher and some lower). Before joining Diamond Residential Mortgage Corporation “DRMC”, Ryan worked for CTX Mortgage, First Magnus Financial Corporation – dba Charter Funding, and Flagstar Bank. Ryan achieved the highest standards in production throughout each company. Ryan has been a member of the Diamond Group throughout his career.
Ryan is highly respected by his employee peers and was duly elected to the DRMC board by his peers, so that the board would have the constant input and communication from an origination perspective and as a result of the maturity and tremendous origination success Ryan has achieved during a time when the industry has been contracting.
The majority of Ryan’s business is relationship based, developed through relationship based marketing systems, and maintained through such systems.
During his tenure at Valparaiso University, Ryan was an outstanding baseball player on the collegiate team. Ryan is a highly passionate individual about everything he does. He still plays baseball and golf. Enjoys his family and friends and is an example of the outstanding individuals who are at DRMC. Ryan currently makes his home in Northwest Indiana with his wife Magan.
