I began on the street as a loan officer in the early 80’s and rose to the ranks of executive management with major national mortgage players. Over the years, I have witnessed the real estate and mortgage lending industry change. The mortgage industry has moved away from recognizing the importance of great service and long-term market relationships. Many in the industry seem to forget that when the customer comes first, everything else will fall into place.
