It was nothing Tawne could have done better. She was incredibly supportive and advocated for me. The first appraiser we worked with was $198,000 less then the final appraisal amount that was used on my loan. Spencer Paul is an unqualified appraisal agent. He spent less then 10 mins at my property and the comps he pulled where no way near the caliber of my home. If you have the opportunity to drop him as an agent I would highly recommend it. I would NEVER work with Spencer Paul again.
